- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare budget reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
