Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Ensure 100% compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting staff to ensure accuracy, productivity, and professional development.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budget monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth audits and inspections.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and reduce financial risk.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, accounting standards (PFRS/IFRS), and financial reporting practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
