Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements
- Manage administrative functions including office operations, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Lead budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities
- Supervise finance and administrative staff, fostering professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and administrative management
- Proven expertise in Malaysian GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and organizational skills
