Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Philippine and Australian accounting standards and regulations
- Assist in tax preparation, filing, and audit coordination
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers using accounting software
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial operations efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of comprehensive accounting experience
- Proven experience with Australian accounting standards and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
