Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform accurate data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records in compliance with audit standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Assist the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and administrative financial tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar support role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • High integrity, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
