We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our daily accounting functions and provide critical financial insights to the management team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key part in budget preparation, financial analysis, and internal audits, helping to drive cost control strategies and support high-level business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries and reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure timely processing of payments and invoices.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
- Conduct internal audits and cost control reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Support management with financial analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
