As an integral member of the finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in month-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily General Ledger (GL) entries and ensure data integrity in the accounting system.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and account analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure timely processing and collections.
- Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for periodic financial audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance-related workflows and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in GL accounting or financial operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
