Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards
- Partner with department heads to understand business operations and provide financial insights
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed
- Implement and maintain financial systems and controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
