Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end financial accounting process, including general ledger management and reconciliation.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore’s tax laws, MAS regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Analyze cash flow and liquidity to support operational decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
- Conduct monthly and annual audits and resolve any discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance management.
- Certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CA (Singapore) is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
