Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable operations using MYOB, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Perform monthly and annual financial reporting for the Australian construction team, including variance analysis and budget reviews.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and manage general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of construction-related expenses, contracts, and progress claims.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and Australian tax regulations, including GST/VAT reporting.
- Collaborate with the offshore team to resolve billing inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and financial statements.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Accounting qualification (Degree or Diploma).
- Proven experience with MYOB accounting software (Advanced level preferred).
- Strong background in Accounts Payable and construction accounting.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Experience working within an Australian offshore or international team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
