We seek a meticulous financial professional to maintain accurate financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile financial records including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank statements
- Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements in compliance with Australian accounting standards
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax remittances for Australian operations
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting for events industry clients
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and analysis
- Manage vendor contracts and expense tracking for international events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with focus on international transactions
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of Australian tax regulations and GST compliance
- Experience with multi-currency accounting and forex transactions
- Strong attention to detail with ability to reconcile complex accounts
- Excellent written communication skills for financial reporting
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
