Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare accurate monthly financial statements for review.
- Handle payroll processing specific to Australian healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and internal financial controls.
- Assist in the budgeting process and prepare variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex accounting discrepancies efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Australian (AU) accounting and finance.
- Strong proficiency with Xero accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare accounting principles and Australian tax regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
