Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and lodge Australian tax returns (GST, income tax, PAYG) ensuring ATO compliance
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting for Australian clients including BAS statements
- Develop and maintain accurate financial statements compliant with Australian Accounting Standards
- Provide advisory services on tax planning, deductions, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Australian clients for documentation collection and financial data verification
- Utilize accounting software (Xero, MYOB) for efficient bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Monitor changes in Australian tax legislation and update compliance procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Australian taxation or financial reporting
- Proficiency in Australian accounting standards (AASB) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks accounting software
- Fluent written and spoken English with ability to communicate complex financial concepts
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple client portfolios
- Problem-solving skills for addressing cross-border financial challenges
- Professional certification in Australian taxation or accounting is advantageous
