In this role, you will handle full sets of accounts, financial reporting, tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of SST, income tax, and other statutory filings.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Support the implementation and improvement of internal financial controls and processes.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of MFRS / MPERS accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with computerized accounting systems (e.g., SQL, Autocount, UBS) is highly advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of integrity.
