Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate entry of financial transactions.
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure precision.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial filing systems.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in a hospitality or lifestyle-related sector is a plus.
