Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for new construction projects
- Manage cash flow planning, projections, and treasury operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Monitor project costs and provide financial insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Coordinate with project teams on financial aspects and cost controls
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in construction industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction cost accounting methods
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
