Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements for management review.
- Oversee project costing, progress claims, and subcontractor payments specific to construction industry standards.
- Handle corporate taxation, GST submission, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset management.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents during year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the Construction or Engineering industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
- Meticulous, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
