Are you a detail-oriented Accountant with a passion for the construction and property development industry? Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and management accounting functions.
- Handle project-based accounting, including progress claims, retention sums, and construction cost monitoring.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Oversee cash flow management and bank reconciliations for multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and tax regulations.
- Support the management team with budget forecasting and variance analysis for development projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience, ideally within the Construction, Property Development, or Engineering sectors.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based ERP systems).
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Taxation and Companies Act requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex project financial data.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with project managers and site teams.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in handling confidential financial information.
