Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, trial balances, and supporting schedules with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and Google's internal accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to streamline financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and investigate and explain significant variances.
- Communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
