Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and BIR filings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow on a daily basis.
- Maintain the general ledger and perform month-end closing activities.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and schedules.
- Provide support for budget preparation and financial forecasting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in corporate accounting or financial roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, accounting standards (PFRS), and financial regulations.
- Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule in Angeles City, Pampanga.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
