Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate tax filings and ensure compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Support external audit requirements by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Must possess a valid Certificate of Registration (COR) and Professional Tax ID (PTID) as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in the same role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
