Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Conduct regular financial audits and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and examinations
Kualifikasi
- CPA license with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial accounting role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in managing and developing accounting teams
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines
