Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with Philippine accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and accurate invoicing to clients.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budgets.
- Handle tax compliance, including filing of BIR returns and ensuring adherence to tax laws.
- Conduct regular audits of travel bookings and expense reports to prevent fraud and errors.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and recommendations for cost reduction.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid license to practice in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the travel and tourism or service industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy.
