Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely reconciliations and disbursements.
- Oversee tax compliance and filing requirements, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Support the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to department heads.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports to support executive decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Open to both Licensed CPAs and non-licensed accounting professionals with strong experience.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in general accounting or full-cycle bookkeeping.
- Proficient in MS Excel and experienced in using industry-standard accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict financial deadlines.
