Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and general ledger records
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for accounts payable/receivable
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial examinations
- Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial operations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
