Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements, in accordance with Australian standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections for Australian entities.
- Conduct thorough bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts specifically for Australian business operations.
- Ensure stringent compliance with Australian tax regulations (e.g., GST, FBT, income tax) and relevant accounting standards (e.g., AASB, IFRS).
- Process payroll for Australian entities, including superannuation contributions, PAYG withholding, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, clients, and regulatory bodies, on financial matters.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and support for strategic business decisions related to Australian operations.
Kualifikasi
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, specifically within Australian businesses.
- Profound knowledge of Australian accounting standards (AASB, IFRS) and taxation laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and exceptional accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
