Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Analyze customer credit data and credit reports to make informed decisions on credit limits.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the accounting software.
- Prepare weekly/monthly aging reports and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable and revenue recognition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Credit Control, or Collections, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
- Stable internet connection for Work From Home setup.
- Ability to work the night shift.
