Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and organizational excellence? Jimat Raya Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd is a rapidly expanding leader in the retail and fresh mart sector, and we are looking for a dedicated Accountant (Cum Admin) to join our team in Tanjung Piandang, Perak.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in our reporting while simultaneously providing essential administrative support to keep our store operations running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, familiar with modern E-Invoicing standards, and capable of managing the full spectrum of accounting cycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet preparation.
- Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (A/R) and monitor outstanding payments efficiently.
- Implement and oversee E-Invoice compliance in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and store operations.
- Maintain systematic filing and documentation for all financial and administrative records.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize financial processes and store efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in handling full set accounts or similar administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of Malaysian E-Invoicing regulations and tax compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently in a retail business environment.
