Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis reports
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance submissions
- Monitor inventory and manage office supplies procurement
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards
- Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of combined accounting and administrative experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean tax regulations and GAAP principles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environments
