Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Utilize SQL software for efficient data extraction, analysis, and financial reporting
- Handle HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and onboarding processes
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and HR regulations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Support employee relations initiatives and policy implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in SQL software and accounting systems
- Basic HR knowledge or experience in HR functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
