As an Accountant Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our construction projects. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate reporting to support our project managers and executive leadership. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Process monthly project progress claims and ensure timely issuance of invoices.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee petty cash management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and project cost forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including SST filing and tax submissions.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial records and support the audit process.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding project-related expenses and site claims.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., UBS, SQL Accounting, or similar systems).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel for financial modeling and data reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
