Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment scheduling
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for financial planning
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare necessary documentation for submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CA/CIMA) preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions
