Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review
- Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional confidentiality standards
- Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Assist with special projects as assigned by senior management
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and ensure smooth information flow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting and/or executive support roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office applications
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all financial and administrative tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
