Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify payment vouchers for operational expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues.
- Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal accounting policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting roles.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS/FRS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or MYOB) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- Well-versed in Singapore tax and regulatory compliance is highly advantageous.
