Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment cycles
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting models, and variance analysis
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity
- Coordinate external audits and maintain compliance with Malaysian accounting standards
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions and cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA/CPA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in Malaysian business environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, GST compliance, and FRS standards
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
