ConnectOS is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team in Manila. In this pivotal role, you will manage the financial administration for Australian clients, ensuring strict adherence to local and international accounting standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and preparing essential financial reports. The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Australian accounting principles, including the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and compliance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in a fast-paced international environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
  • Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and other relevant tax documents on time.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and company financial policies.
  • Process payroll and handle employee reimbursements and expense claims.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital financial documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or financial administration, specifically within an Australian context.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian tax laws, including GST, IAS, and BAS requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (remote and onsite) effectively.
