You will work closely with the finance leadership team to manage cash flows, oversee corporate finance initiatives, and provide the data-driven support necessary for strategic business decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute the group-level financial consolidation process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Oversee daily treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank account administration.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Support corporate finance activities, including capital structure analysis and investment project appraisals.
- Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial audits and tax compliance.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Provide detailed financial insights and commentary to management to support business strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or corporate treasury.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and work effectively within a fast-paced group structure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across various internal departments.
