Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and procedures
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Support budget preparation and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license preferred
- Minimum 2 years of financial accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high numerical accuracy
- Experience with financial controls and compliance
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
