Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and internal audit requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management, and general ledger maintenance.
- Support the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to department heads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and internal controls.
- Assist in year-end closing processes, including the preparation of audit schedules and liaison with external auditors.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
