Strategem is currently looking for a dedicated Accountant, Financial Reporting to join our growing team in Malate, Metro Manila. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of financial accuracy and integrity. You will lead the month-end and year-end close processes, meticulously preparing financial statements that provide critical insights for executive decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full cycle of financial reporting, including monthly and annual closings.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and general ledger account verifications.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Reporting or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PSAS) or IFRS.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong advantage.
