As an Accountant / Fund Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our clients' funds. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of fund accounting, from transaction processing and reconciliations to financial reporting and audit support. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and fund accounting statements.
- Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for clients and management.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
- Monitor cash flows and perform treasury functions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide support in ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or fund administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
