Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain global general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes across international operations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and IFRS requirements
- Reconcile complex intercompany transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
- Develop financial reports for global stakeholders and senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multinational accounting environments
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and IFRS
- Advanced expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
