Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and reporting for grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with donor requirements
- Monitor expenditures against project budgets and identify variance opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for grant stakeholders
- Coordinate with program teams to track grant utilization and contractual deliverables
- Conduct financial audits and provide supporting documentation for external reviews
- Maintain accurate grant accounting systems and implement process improvements
- Liaise with finance team to ensure proper allocation of grant funds
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in grants/contract accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards and grant regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
