In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, playing a key part in the group consolidation process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end group consolidation process for various entities.
- Prepare accurate consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Perform intercompany reconciliation and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial data integrity.
- Support the annual audit process by liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Analyze consolidated financial performance and provide insights to management regarding variances and trends.
- Assist in the preparation of tax computations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Maintain and improve financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the group.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong focus on consolidation.
- Proven expertise in IFRS and local reporting standards, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information effectively.
