Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end closings
- Process payroll accurately and timely while administering employee benefits and compensation packages
- Oversee recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding new employees
- Maintain compliance with Singaporean tax regulations, labor laws, and accounting standards
- Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee training programs
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial audits
- Manage employee records, HRIS data, and confidential personnel documentation
- Provide financial and HR analytics to support strategic business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in accounting and HR functions
- Proficiency in Singaporean payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws
- Advanced skills in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and HRIS platforms
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and financial reporting standards
- Certifications in ACCA, CPA, or SHRM preferred
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience with employee relations, recruitment, and compliance
