Tanggung Jawab
- Support the end-to-end processing of monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual royalty payouts.
- Perform detailed reconciliations of royalty statements and payment reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies or inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and audit-ready schedules.
- Maintain internal control standards in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline royalty accounting workflows.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or accounts payable/receivable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively, especially during peak financial reporting periods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
