Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring the accurate recording and reconciliation of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate effectively with external auditors during annual reviews.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, government reporting requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and support the annual budgeting process.
- Review and process accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
- Perform variance analysis to provide insights to management on financial performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA License (Certified Public Accountant) or currently a candidate for certification.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
