Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for international clients including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS and international accounting standards
- Oversee bank reconciliations, subsidiary ledger management, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Implement AI-driven accounting tools to optimize processes and enhance accuracy
- Support tax filings and documentation for multinational client portfolios
- Participate in system implementation and process optimization as the center scales
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience with international clients
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Philippine GAAP, and cross-border tax regulations
- Experience with AI-powered accounting tools or willingness to undergo training
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible hybrid environment
