Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and update the general ledger and fixed asset registers accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Process and verify invoices for accounts payable and prepare payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and audits.
- Support the finance team in data entry and filing of financial documents.
- Ensure all financial records are stored securely and comply with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is a plus.
