Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and month-end closing
- Lead financial reporting processes, preparing accurate statements and KPI dashboards for stakeholders
- Manage and develop the accounting team through coaching, performance evaluations, and workflow optimization
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations (SST, income tax)
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production departments to align financial strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (ACCA, MICPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, tax legislation, and corporate compliance requirements
- Proven track record in team leadership, process improvement, and financial analysis
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities and deadline-driven work ethic
